We offer a guided product demo tailored to your product line and quoting process — no generic walkthrough. Because every ProcessSpec instance is built specifically around your products and workflows, a live demo is the best way to evaluate the platform. Book a scoping call to get started.
Implementation covers product configurator setup, pricing rule configuration, quote template branding, data migration (items, customers, pricing), user training, and go-live support. It does not cover ongoing changes to your product catalogue after go-live — those are handled by your team using our admin tools, or by our professional services team at an hourly rate. A detailed scope of work is provided before any implementation begins.
Both the Standard and Custom plans include unlimited users — there are no per-seat fees. Your subscription price is fixed regardless of how many people on your team use the platform.
Correct. Support, bug fixes, security patches, new feature releases, and (on the Custom plan) ongoing training and onboarding help are all included in your monthly subscription. You will never receive an invoice for a support ticket or a software update. The only time you'd pay beyond your subscription is if you request custom professional services work — building new integrations, major product catalogue re-configurations, or bespoke feature development.
Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months and save you 20% compared to monthly billing. For example, Standard at $699/month becomes $6,708/year (equivalent to $559/month). Annual contracts also include priority access to new product features and a dedicated onboarding call at no extra charge.
You own your data entirely. Upon cancellation you can export all quote history, BOMs, customer records, and configuration data in standard formats (CSV, JSON, PDF). We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation so you can retrieve anything you need, after which it is permanently deleted per our data retention policy.
Our Standard plan at $699/month is specifically priced to be accessible for smaller operations. If your team is genuinely budget-constrained but a great fit for the platform, reach out directly — we occasionally work with early-stage manufacturers on pilot pricing arrangements.
