How we protect your product data, pricing, and customer information.
Your product configurations, pricing rules, and customer data are operationally sensitive. We treat security as a core product requirement, not an afterthought. This page outlines the measures we have in place to protect your information.
All data transmitted between your browser and ProcessSpec is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. This applies to all customer data including product configurations, pricing rules, quote history, and contact records.
Access to customer data is strictly controlled:
ProcessSpec is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with the following characteristics:
Each customer's data is logically isolated from other customers. Your product rules, pricing, and quote data are never accessible to other ProcessSpec customers.
Customer data is stored and processed within the United States. If you have specific data residency requirements, contact us to discuss options.
In the event of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident. We maintain an incident response plan that includes containment, assessment, and remediation procedures.
If you discover a potential security vulnerability in ProcessSpec, please report it to us at [email protected] before disclosing it publicly. We take all reports seriously and will respond within 48 hours.
